Terms of Use

The short version. FosteringAI is an educational app that teaches how AI works.
Use it for personal learning, treat the lessons and AI answers as educational (not professional
advice), and if you subscribe to Pro, your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in
your Apple ID settings.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FosteringAI mobile application and its features
(“FosteringAI”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use FosteringAI

The app is suitable for general audiences. If you are a minor, please use the app with the involvement
of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with
any laws that apply to you.

3. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use FosteringAI for
your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the
app’s content, videos, or software, except where the law expressly permits it.

4. Educational content only

FosteringAI is for education and general information. Its lessons, and any answers, grades, or
suggestions produced by the on-device AI tutor, teach-back, or sandbox, are provided for learning
purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or
career advice, and should not be relied on as such. Always use your own judgement and consult a
qualified professional where appropriate.

5. FosteringAI Pro, subscriptions, and purchases

The Fundamentals track is free. FosteringAI Pro unlocks the Advanced and Expert sections, the AI
tutor, and the sandbox. Pro is offered as:

an auto-renewing monthly subscription; and
an auto-renewing annual subscription.

Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Purchases are processed by Apple through your
Apple ID, and Apple’s payment terms apply. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal. A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you
cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal
within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in
Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device; cancelling stops future renewals but
does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your use of purchases is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement
(EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt or interfere with the
app, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. You are responsible for how you use anything you
learn or generate with the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content — including lessons, videos, narration, illustrations, text, and software —
are owned by FosteringAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms
do not transfer any ownership to you. “FosteringAI” and related marks are ours; you may not use them
without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or that its content or AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FosteringAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability
to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under
applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above
and post the new version at this URL. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you
accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its
conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to
you where you live.
